Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The     petitioners             are        apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   their    arrest          in    a     case    registered            under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 302,201,120B\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code     Sections              2,     3     and         5     of     the<\/p>\n<p>                   S.C.\/S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities)Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                The     petitioners           were    not       named    in<\/p>\n<p>                   the     F.     I.     R.       subsequently          their         names<\/p>\n<p>                   surfaced during investigation but it appears<\/p>\n<p>                   that    the       accusation          has    found          false    and<\/p>\n<p>                   final        form     was       submitted          against         these<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners vide Annexure-2.<\/p>\n<p>                                It     is     submitted        that        subsequently<\/p>\n<p>                   differing           with       the        same     in       2010     the<\/p>\n<p>                   cognizance has been taken in the matter.<\/p>\n<pre>                                Considering                    the             aforesaid\n\n                   submissions,             let        the     petitioners,            Rajo\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                   Chauhan, Mahendra Chauhan and Nandu Chauhan,<\/p>\n<p>                   be released on bail in the event of arrest<\/p>\n<p>                   or surrender before the learned court below<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of twelve weeks from today<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        in   connection       with    Narhat     (Sitamarhi)P.S.<\/p>\n<p>        Case No. 71 of 2007 on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>        of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) each with two<\/p>\n<p>        sureties   of    the    like       amount    each    to    the<\/p>\n<p>        satisfaction      of         the    learned        S.D.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>        Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>        down   under    Section       438(2)    of   the    Code   of<\/p>\n<p>        Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>U.
