Goyal for petitioners.\nMr. Amit Poonia Public Prosecutor for State.\n******\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tThis is bail application filed by the petitioners u\/S.439 Cr.P.C. for offence u\/Ss.420, 467, 469 and 471 IPC and Section 3 of the PDPP Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tMr.J.P. Goyal Advocate has contended that  the alleged offence is triable by the Ist Class Magistrate. Investigation is likely to be completed. Trial will take long time. Accused petitioners are in judicial lock up for near about 26 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn view of above, I accept the bail application.
