RAMKUMAR, J.\n                        ...................................\n                        B.A. No. 1568 of 2009\n                         ..................................\n                           Dated: 27-3-2009\n\n                                  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is<br \/>\nthe first accused in Crime No. 586 of 2008 of Kasaragod Police<br \/>\nStation for offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498 A I.P.C.<br \/>\nseeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<br \/>\nlearned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<br \/>\nagainst the petitioner, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of<br \/>\nthe legal injury sustained and the other circumstances of the case, I<br \/>\nam inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, a<br \/>\ndirection is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station<br \/>\nconcerned to release the petitioner on bail for a period of one month<br \/>\nin the event of his arrest in connection with the above case on his<br \/>\nexecuting a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only)<br \/>\nwith two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction<br \/>\nto the said officer and subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1.     The    petitioner           shall     report before  the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n            Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2.   The petitioner shall make himself             available for<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.1568 of 2009              -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.     Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.     Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n             bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             5.
