No.16828 of 2006 dated 3rd April, 2007.<\/p>\n<p>               2. We have carefully perused the orders passed by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Single Judge and also the orders passed by the respondent authorities. We<\/p>\n<p>are of the firm opinion that none of the authorities under the Act has committed<\/p>\n<p>any error, whatsoever, which would call for our interference.
