Learned Senior counsel appearing for the appellants fairly states that in view of the fact that the  period came to an end, as on date nothing survives for adjudication .\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The above statement is hereby recorded.  In such circumstances, there is no need to go into the findings\/conclusion  of the learned single Judge and the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous.  No costs.
