P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                        151\/2011         for      offences       under        Sections<\/p>\n<p>                        147\/148\/149\/323\/324\/325\/307\/452\/380\/427               of    the<\/p>\n<p>                        Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, are named<\/p>\n<p>                        accused in this case with allegation of house trespass<\/p>\n<p>                        and assault.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Submission is that parties are related with<\/p>\n<p>                        each other and one partition suit is pending before<\/p>\n<p>                        competent court. The petty dispute relating to claim of<\/p>\n<p>                        partition etc. injureds have sustained simple injuries<br \/>\n            caused by hard substance on vital part. Learned<\/p>\n<p>           Additional Public Prosecutor who is armed carbon<\/p>\n<p>           copy of the case diary could not refute such<\/p>\n<p>           submissions.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>           the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>           a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners<\/p>\n<p>           be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>           Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>           of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>           Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>           Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S.
