She has also stated that the Case of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is i:{ZtC\u00a3}I1gI'&#8221;i}0&#8217;L1S inasmuch as he has ailegod<\/p>\n<p>cmieity against tho rezsponoent and in the other brreath<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">5<\/span><\/p>\n<p>f a<\/p>\n<p>stated that the respondent has. refused to jeir: the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. if the ailegation of the cruelty <\/p>\n<p>there was me queetien of caning upon tt_1e_ to <\/p>\n<p>join the petitioner. According tea the respondent, after Maya<\/p>\n<p>Ma\ufb02ya joined as Assistant to the petitioner in his e\ufb01fiee,<\/p>\n<p>the petitiener stopped his seeial activities and did not<\/p>\n<p>2%<\/p>\n<p>f.\n<\/p>\n<p>mingle with any body including the respondent herein.<\/p>\n<p>He wound frequently make calls at odd houzee<\/p>\n<p>night and she used to caji the <\/p>\n<p>and when the respondent enq11_i_1*e(i__ab0Lif  e <\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, he used to shouf\u00bbet7f1ef  <\/p>\n<p>purely busfmess talks  else, 1 &#8216;?.\u00a3fhe&#8221;mti\ufb01o11e:*~ <\/p>\n<p>used to go out a Ma3fj;3;._\u00a7j&#8217;f;d&#8221;&#8216;iVhe\ufb01  s\u00a71e ciues\ufb01oned<br \/>\nabout the said   gaze exp1a1&#8243;\u00a7at.ie11<br \/>\nthat she we,e&#8211;::if1i:S &#8216;  &#8220;Many times, the<br \/>\n  her that they had<\/p>\n<p>see1&#8217;\u00a3.__the &#8212; __ Maya in various restaurants.<br \/>\nwhen the petitiofier to U.S., he was in touch with<\/p>\n<p>  As sV'{1e_%e1:,V the reiatienship between the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>. jaea  -rieepondent was siewiy being cut oil&#8217; by the<\/p>\n<p>   he stopped having lunch and dinner at<\/p>\n<p>\u00a3:xe%:;*1..e&#8217;;o,V &#8220;Evie weuid come vezy iate \ufb01*om office anti<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; \u00bb AA eengxetimes he would ge back to work even in the nights,<\/p>\n<p> which time Maya aiso was present. &#8216;i&#8217;het. the<\/p>\n<p>&#8216; tether of the respondent also noticed the strange<\/p>\n<p>befiaviour of the petitioner when he visited Muscat and<\/p>\n<p>he tried to advise the petitiener, but nothing worked.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;?\n<\/p>\n<p>Later, the respondent, her daughter <\/p>\n<p>respondemfs father returned to Bangaiore f&lt;_);1*&quot;&quot;a: _<\/p>\n<p>and despite the petitioner wanted the  to  ~ V. <\/p>\n<p>ta iiangalore, the respondent  1?_\u00a2-er,  }~1e:1E;Ee_, <\/p>\n<p>went alone to Bembay stat1if1g_Vtt1ai:&#039;-he \u00a51a&lt;i :\u00e9;Q1neVVeI?\u00a7\u00a7&#039;ieia\u00a7.:V: *<\/p>\n<p>work and Maya had  gene same<br \/>\ntime and the respo:1Vcie;.e&#039;t.i21:te;%:.\u00bb the petitioner<br \/>\nand Maya i1ac\u00a7_:11;_et   returned<br \/>\nto Muscat      &#039;betitioner stopped<br \/>\nta\ufb02&lt;:ing&#8212;-m.  away from her and<br \/>\nas a   relationship ceased. That<\/p>\n<p>in July  took leave and retmmeci to<\/p>\n<p> V. A. i;5a;1\u20acga:\u00a3_ei1&#039;-72V&#039;  \u00ab  peti\ufb01o\ufb01er neither made any<\/p>\n<p> &#039; 1:e&#039;ierphQIie .3101&quot; contacted the responcient. when the<\/p>\n<p>feependeiiit \u00e9i\ufb01bnned her parents about the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p> they Were&#039; shocked to iearn abeut the behavieur of the<\/p>\n<p>A &#039;*?_ &#039; g\u00e9fxgioner and vmen they spoke to him, he made up his<\/p>\n<p>egwn innecexn story. Later, when the petitioner reaijsed<\/p>\n<p>that his in~le.Ws came to mew about his Inisdeecie, he<\/p>\n<p>caiied the xeeponcient to agwee for divorce, which came<br \/>\nas a rude shock to the respondent. $he ret.urne&lt;:i to<\/p>\n<p>Muscat as her leave was over. On her returzl to.j&#039;Me,usCat,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner told her that he was   ring<\/p>\n<p>gven to him by Maya. Later on, the   <\/p>\n<p>know that Maya was preglaet   <\/p>\n<p>and she had resigned job. _<br \/>\npetitioner got. Maya home t_eidV&#039;ti1eV&#039;:1&#039;esp.\u00a7e;{\ufb01iVent that<br \/>\nhe was  &#039;iv&#039;v\u00a3&quot;A1eVAvVres;)ondent<br \/>\nsl\ufb02fered mental   ti{:i&#039;V..  t\u00e9iie&#039;-&quot;V&quot;eonduct of the<br \/>\npetitioner&#039;   and returned to<br \/>\n of the petitioner did<br \/>\n;{1ot:&#039;;geeeA1A)i;&quot;%&#039;\u00bbt31e._ the reepondent estayed with<br \/>\nher eereizte  aiong with her daughter<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9fec\ufb01aeha whe\ufb01\u00e9as etudying in 4&#039;-&#039;*1 stanciard in Bangalore<\/p>\n<p>.&#039; _V\u00bbVtf;e-.\u00e9ye\u00a5:jtieI1er had ehewn no concern for her. &#039;flue<\/p>\n<p> 2  i&#039;eepex\u00a7&#039;iie:1t; eiater iearxxt tlmt Maya had retutmeci to<\/p>\n<p> for delivery and that the petitioner visited<\/p>\n<p>  AA &#039;Tlvlanegjalore thrice.\n<\/p>\n<p> 5}. According to the respendent, her monies are in<\/p>\n<p>joint account and her j\u20ac&#8217;i&amp;?(3iI\u20acI&#8221;&#8216;}&#8221; and ether heueeheld<br \/>\nax\ufb01eies are in the euetedy ef the pe\ufb01tioner and the<\/p>\n<p>getitiener has not taken any step te maintain the minor<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">99<\/span><\/p>\n<p>daughter. The petition has been \ufb01led sniy t\u00a7)&#8217;s&#8217;.1&#8217;_f:1&#8217;s;r_Vass<\/p>\n<p>and vex the respondent and therefore, <\/p>\n<p>sought dismissal of the petition, <\/p>\n<p>6. The petitioner has examined hi!11S\u20ac1f as PW 1. In<br \/>\nhis affidavit by way of examination&#8211;in&#8211;chieI&#8217;, nu; has<br \/>\nreiterated the C'(}1&#8243;1t\u20ac1&#8243;1tS of the petiticm<br \/>\nby us in detajj. A  H <\/p>\n<p>13.
