SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard Mr.N.J.Shah, learned AGP and Mr. S.J.Gaikwad appearing for<br \/>\nrespondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nis an application for condonation of delay caused in filing the<br \/>\nLetters Patent Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe contents of the application and after having heard the learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the parties, we are of the view that it cannot be said<br \/>\nthat the delay caused in filing the appeal has remained totally<br \/>\nunexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that this application<br \/>\ndeserves to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed. Delay is<br \/>\ncondoned.
