RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.22279 OF 2009\n               ---------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 6th day of August, 2009.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is working as Upper Primary School Assistant<\/p>\n<p>in the Ebenezer High School in Muvattupuzha. The petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>appointed as such from 09.06.2008 to 31.03.2013 as per<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P1. The approval of the said appointment was rejected as<\/p>\n<p>per Exhibit P2 stating that the petitioner is a fresh hand and the<\/p>\n<p>appointment commences after the commencement of the school<\/p>\n<p>year.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Even though the Manager filed an appeal as per<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P3, the same was rejected as per Exhibit P4. Presently,<\/p>\n<p>the matter is pending before the Government as per Exhibit P5<\/p>\n<p>revision petition. The petitioner prays that the Government may<\/p>\n<p>be directed to take a decision on Exhibit P5 in the light of the<\/p>\n<p>decision of a Division Bench of this Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/1847616\/\">Unni Narayanan vs.<\/p>\n<p>State of Kerala<\/a> (2009 (2) KLT 604).\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No.22279\/2009               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       There will be a direction to the 1st respondent to take a<\/p>\n<p>decision on Exhibit P5, after hearing the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>Manager, within a period of four months from the date of receipt<\/p>\n<p>of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                   T.R.
