On<br \/>\n\taccount of stay order granted on 30\/3\/2010 the concerned respondent<br \/>\n\tSarpanch and petitioner in the main petition is indulging in all<br \/>\n\tsorts of misconducts with impunity as the DDO is unable to take<br \/>\n\taction on account of the stay order inuring in his favour.\n<\/p>\n<p>This<br \/>\n\tCourt is of the view that when such grievance is made<br \/>\n\t wherein the authorities feel handicapped in taking action for<br \/>\n\tsubsequent misconducts of the Sarpanch petitioner, the civil<br \/>\n\tapplications are required to be heard on urgent basis.  Today as<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate for the original petitioner-Sarpanch is not<br \/>\n\tavailable, therefore both the civil applications are posted on<br \/>\n\t21\/11\/2011 and on that day appropriate orders is to be passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                           [<br \/>\nS.R.
