                                   As regards the prayer for bail, it<\/p>\n
                      was contended by Sri Ashutosh Kumar, learned<\/p>\n
                      counsel       appearing      for   the   appellant        that<\/p>\n
                      there is no specific allegation against the<\/p>\n
                      present appellant and the evidence is also of<\/p>\n
                      the same quality.\n<\/p>\n
                                   During the pendency of this appeal,<\/p>\n
                      let    the    above    named     appellant   be     released<\/p>\n
                      from      custody       on     furnishing          bond     of<\/p>\n
                      Rs.10,000\/-(ten        thousand)     with    two    sureties<\/p>\n
                      of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n
