The fact that furlough is granted, but as the<br \/>\nsurety of the convict could not manage a sum of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\nfive thousand only), it was expected of the convict to make an<br \/>\napplication for exemption from the said condition.  The statement<br \/>\nrecorded on 21.3.2011 reflects the attitude of the convict wherein he<br \/>\nhas stated that the High Court has not ordered to make any such<br \/>\napplication for exemption from the said condition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the contents of the statement dated 21.3.2011, no substance<br \/>\nis found in the application.
