When the case was called out, none\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                appeared on behalf of the petitioner either<\/p>\n<p>                to press this petition or to make a prayer<\/p>\n<p>                for adjournment. However, today again, Shri<\/p>\n<p>                Sachidanand Rai, learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>                on     behalf        of    opposite     party    no.2   is<\/p>\n<p>                present. On 27.8.2010 also, none appeared<\/p>\n<p>                on behalf of the petitioner on call of the<\/p>\n<p>                case whereas Shri Sachidanand Rai, learned<\/p>\n<p>                advocate        for       opposite     party    no.2    was<\/p>\n<p>                present.        On        27.8.2010,    the     case    was<\/p>\n<p>                adjourned for the day with an indication<\/p>\n<p>                that     no     further        adjournment      shall    be<\/p>\n<p>                granted.
