SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.9058 OF 2008\n              ----------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 18th day of March, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners retired from service of the Kerala State Road<\/p>\n<p>Transport Corporation.     Their grievance is that although their<\/p>\n<p>retirement benefits are liable to be disbursed only in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with the priority of retirement, they are entitled to payment of<\/p>\n<p>their provident fund amounts and staff welfare fund amounts.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners therefore seek a direction to the respondent to<\/p>\n<p>pay to the petitioners the said amounts expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      The learned standing counsel appearing for the KSRTC<\/p>\n<p>submits that the amounts would be paid within two months. This<\/p>\n<p>is recorded and the writ petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                             S.
