Justice K.SURENDRA MOHAN\n\n Dated :30\/04\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                   K.SURENDRA MOHAN,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                  W.P (C) No.14047 of 2010\n                      --------------------------\n               Dated this the 30th April, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The complaint of the petitioner is that pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P9 judgment of this Court, though the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>has heard the petitioner on 24.3.2010, the matter has been<\/p>\n<p>posted for hearing the other side on another day.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the petitioner has filed Ext.P11 requesting that<\/p>\n<p>both the parties be heard on the same day.
