As far<\/p>\n<p>                    as this appellant is concerned, there is no specific allegation<\/p>\n<p>                    against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts, the appellant is<\/p>\n<p>                    directed to be released on bail, during the pendency of the<\/p>\n<p>                    appeal,   in S.T.
