For that, petitioner has already made<br \/>\n\tapplication giving choice of place to respondent but according to<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate Mr. Majmudar that application so far not decided by<br \/>\n\trespondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>If<br \/>\n\tthat be so, it is directed to respondent to consider resolution<br \/>\n\tdated 1\/4\/2008 page 92 Annexure I and if application is still<br \/>\n\tpending before respondent.  Let it be examined and decided in<br \/>\n\taccordance with aforesaid Government Resolution within a period of<br \/>\n\tfifteen days from date of receiving copy of present order and<br \/>\n\tcommunicate decision to petitioner immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of above observation and directions, present petition is<br \/>\n\tdisposed of by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits.<br \/>\n\tHowever, in case if ultimate decision is adverse to petitioner, it<br \/>\n\tis open for petitioner to challenge same before appropriate forum in<br \/>\n\taccordance with law.
