Mr.D.Sasikumar\n\t\t     Government Advocate\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t Heard Mr.S.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and also<br \/>\nMr.D.Sasikumar, learned Government Advocate, who took notice on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t The grievance of the petitioner as aired by the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner placing reliance on the averments in the affidavit accompanying the<br \/>\nwrit petition is to the effect that the representations of the petitioner dated<br \/>\n26.09.2008 and 29.10.2008 to the second and first respondent evoked no positive<br \/>\nresponse.  Hence, this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard the learned Government Advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence, in this factual matrix, the following direction is issued:<br \/>\n\tThe first respondent viz., the Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur<br \/>\nDistrict shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2008<br \/>\nwithin a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order<br \/>\nafter giving due opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
