The judgment and order<\/p>\n<p>  &#8216;   that any orders &#8216;have been passed by the<\/p>\n<p> the appelalnt to pmduce the books of<\/p>\n<p>v ae:count:3 ax;:i&#8217;-31;.Ei\u00e9r documents. Thexefore, the<\/p>\n<p>  by the Commissioner for We-rkmens&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>  &#8220;&#8216;V.\u00a7Z&#8217;nmpens?a\ufb01ion directing the appellant to pay 25% of the<\/p>\n<p> amount i.e., Rs. 62,659\/- is totally perverse and<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; illegal which is against the oral and documentary evidence placed<\/p>\n<p>on record.  \ufb02\n<\/p>\n<p>-Cy&#8217; &#8221;\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>5..
