Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :03\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n            THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                   -------------------------------------------\n                       O.P.No.27251 OF 2002\n                   -------------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 3rd day of July, 2007\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Having regard to the materials on record and the fact that<\/p>\n<p>the payment of project allowances were governed by decisions of<\/p>\n<p>the Board on the basis of long term settlement, it is appropriate<\/p>\n<p>that the Board considers the claims of the petitioners that<\/p>\n<p>project allowance is to me made available for persons working in<\/p>\n<p>Vadakkekkara.      The question whether such allowances is co<\/p>\n<p>terminus with the project is itself a matter that can be attended<\/p>\n<p>to only by the Board.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     In the aforesaid circumstance, the writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of directing       that if the petitioners make appropriate<\/p>\n<p>representations touching the aforesaid matter, the same will<\/p>\n<p>gain the attention of the Board and a decision will be taken<\/p>\n<p>thereon, within a period of four months from the date of receipt<\/p>\n<p>of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                               Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                               THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN<br \/>\n                                                              Judge<br \/>\nkkb.\n<\/p>\n<p>=======================<\/p>\n<p>THOTTATHIL B.
