No.28085 of 2010\n                          PHOTO YADAV SON OF ANANDI YADAV\n                                           Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   11.10.2010             Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offence u\/ss.341, 324, 307, 504, 147, 148 and 149 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It has been submitted that even in the First<\/p>\n<p>                   Information Report the specific allegation of firing is against<\/p>\n<p>                   one Ranjeet Yadav and the petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                   24.3.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the same, let the petitioner above<\/p>\n<p>                   named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court<\/p>\n<p>                   concerned to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                   Khagaria in Mansi P.S.case No.122 of 2009, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                   conditions (i) That one of the bailors shall be Ramdeo<\/p>\n<p>                   Yadav, Phupha (uncle) of the petitioner and the other bailor<\/p>\n<p>                   will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an<\/p>\n<p>                   affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish information to<\/p>\n<p>                   the Court about any change in address of the petitioner. (ii)<\/p>\n<p>                   That the bailor shall also state on affidavit that he will inform<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            the court concerned if the petitioner is implicated in any<\/p>\n<p>            other case of similar nature after his release in the present<\/p>\n<p>            case and thereafter the court below will be at liberty to<\/p>\n<p>            initiate the proceeding for cancellation of bail on ground of<\/p>\n<p>            misuse, (iii) That the petitioner will give an undertaking that<\/p>\n<p>            he will receive the police papers on the given date and be<\/p>\n<p>            present on date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on<\/p>\n<p>            two given dates and delays the trial in any manner, his bail<\/p>\n<p>            will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse, (iv) That<\/p>\n<p>            the petitioner will be well represented on each date if he fails<\/p>\n<p>            to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to<\/p>\n<p>            be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Narendra\/                         ( Anjana Prakash, J. )\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Photo Yadav vs State Of Bihar on 11 October, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
