The application is filed for condonation of delay of 126<br \/>\ndays in preferring Misc.Civil Application for restoration of first<br \/>\nappeal, which came to be dismissed on account of non-removal of<br \/>\noffice objection on 15.07.2010 pursuant to the order dated 30.6.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly<br \/>\nconsidering the grounds stated in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the<br \/>\napplication, the delay in filing the aforesaid MCA is condoned.
