                                On the own representation of the petitioner as<\/p>\n
                   apparent from Annexure-1, the dispute appears to be<\/p>\n
                   pertaining to right of passage for which there is an<\/p>\n
                   appropriate remedy under Section 147 Cr.P.C. and\/or the<\/p>\n
                   Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act as the case may be.<\/p>\n
                                The application is disposed with the observations<\/p>\n
                   that, if the petitioner prefers any such application before<\/p>\n
                   the appropriate authority, let it be considered and disposed<\/p>\n
                   off in accordance with law after hearing all concerned,<\/p>\n
                   expeditiously,     within a maximum period of two months<\/p>\n
                   from the date of receipt\/production of such application<\/p>\n
