Considering the averments made in<br \/>\nthe application, present application is allowed. Delay caused in<br \/>\npreferring application is condoned and Special Criminal Application<br \/>\nNo.2175 of 2010 is restored to its original file. Office objections<br \/>\nto be removed within a period of 1(one) week from today.
