Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to<br \/>\n     withdraw this writ petition, with a view to avail efficacious<br \/>\n     alternative remedy, available under the Electricity Act, 2003 and it<br \/>\n     is also prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the<br \/>\n     time, consumed during pendency of this writ petition, may be<br \/>\n     considered,     sympathetically,     while   considering     the   delay<br \/>\n     condonation application, if any, preferred by the petitioner,<br \/>\n     whenever any proceeding is initiated under the Electricity Act,<br \/>\n     2003.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.      Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This writ petition is<br \/>\n     disposed of as withdrawn, as there is efficacious alternative<br \/>\n     remedy, available to the petitioner, under the Electricity Act, 2003.<br \/>\n     As and when any proceeding is initiated under the Act, 2003, the<br \/>\n     time consumed, in this writ petition from the date of institution till<br \/>\n     its disposal, shall be considered, sympathetically, for delay<br \/>\n     condonation, if any such application is preferred, by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.      In view of the final disposal of the writ petition, I.A. No. 1404<br \/>\n     of 2009 also stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   (D.N.
