Hearing of the case is preponed to today.<br \/>\nCrl.Misc.No.M-19021 of 2009<br \/>\n              The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.<br \/>\nfor protection of their life and liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners<br \/>\nare major and have married against the wishes of their parents. They have<br \/>\nplaced on record Annexures P-1 &amp; P-2, as proof of their age and also marriage<br \/>\ncertificate, Annexure P-3 .
