Claim is made by<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner that he is owner of seized Mobile as<\/p>\n<p>                 its   IMEI   Number   does   not    tally   with   stolen<\/p>\n<p>                 Mobile and petitioner remained in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                 23.4.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Thus, having regard to the facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances of the case as well as submission<\/p>\n<p>                 of the parties, the above named petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                 directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                 two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Railway Magistrate, Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>                 in Bhagalpur G.R.P.S.
