Whether   it is to be circulated to the Civil Judge?\n\n\n      --------------------------------------------------------------\n      SALIM ALLARAKHOO MULTAN\n Versus\n      VICE CHANCELLOR\n      --------------------------------------------------------------\n      Appearance:\n           MR RR MARSHALL for Petitioner\n           None present for Respondent No. 1, 2, 3\n\n\n      --------------------------------------------------------------\n\n\n      CORAM : MR.JUSTICE S.K.KESHOTE\n      Date of decision: 07\/02\/97\n\n\n ORAL JUDGMENT<\/pre>\n<p>Identical Special Civil Application No.3827 of<br \/>\n      1984 has already been decided today by this Court and the<br \/>\n      order of the University dated 27th June 1984 was held to<br \/>\n      be illegal to the extent of giving penalty to the<br \/>\n      petitioner   therein,   debarring him permanently from<br \/>\n      appearing at any University examination and from joining<br \/>\n      any affiliated college or recognised institution of the<br \/>\n      University.\n<\/p>\n<p> 2.Under the same order, the petitioner in this<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application has been given the         same<br \/>\npenalty.   For the reasons which I have given in the<br \/>\njudgment rendered in Special Civil Application No.3827 of<br \/>\n1984, today, this Special Civil Application deserves to<br \/>\nbe partly accepted.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.In the result, this Special Civil Application<br \/>\nsucceeds in part.     The order annexure `C&#8217;, dated 27th<br \/>\nJune 1984 of the University is modified to the extent<br \/>\nthat the petitioner shall be eligible for appearing in<br \/>\nany University examination and to join any affiliated<br \/>\ncollege or recognised institution of University from the<br \/>\nacademic year 1997-98.
