Mr.S.Sivasubramanian\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t   (Order of the Court was made by P.MURGESEN,J)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe petitioner claims to be the father of the detenue filed the petition<br \/>\nto produce the detenue, before the Court from the illegal custody of the 2nd<br \/>\nrespondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.According to the petitioner, the 2nd respondent kidnapped his daughter<br \/>\nand it was informed by one Arulanand Ayyer that he saw the second respondent<br \/>\nalong with his daughter in the Karkamalam Village bus stop.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.Today, the detenue was produced before this Court. According to her, she<br \/>\nstudied 10th standard and she was produced from her parents house.
