Bihar University,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      J.P. University as also the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that so far the<\/p>\n<p>      claims of the petitioner against the opposite party-J.P. University are<\/p>\n<p>      concerned, that have been met and the petitioner has no claim.<\/p>\n<p>      However, so far as the claims against opposite party no.6-B.R.A.<\/p>\n<p>      Bihar University are concerned, the same has remained.<\/p>\n<p>                Mr Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>      opposite party no.6 submits that the necessary fund has been<\/p>\n<p>      provided to J.P. University to make the payment of such employees<\/p>\n<p>      whose services were transferred to J.P. University after the B.R.A.<\/p>\n<p>      Bihar University was bifurcated in the year 1992.<\/p>\n<p>                Mr Ajay, learned counsel appearing for the J.P.
