Sharma for the petitioner.\n******\t\t \n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition has been filed by the petitioner working on the post of Junior Accountant with the respondents challenging the order dated 29.4.2010 by which he has been transferred from Hindaun Depot to Dholpur Depot.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tContention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that aforesaid order was issued by respondents ignoring the fact that petitioner has been left with less than an year to retire from service and that he is also a heart patient. Learned counsel submitted that petitioner even otherwise would be retiring in less than an year, therefore transferring him on the verge of retirement would not be justified.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWhether or not the petitioner should be transferred or whether his hardship would be a reason to retain him on a particular place, is a matter to be considered by the competent authority of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn the circumstances, petitioner is required to make a suitable representation to the Chief Managing Director of RSRTC who shall consider her representation keeping in view the hardship faced by the petitioner and dispose of the same within four weeks of its making.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe writ petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     (MOHAMMAD RAFIQ), J.\n<\/p>\n<p>RS\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court Nand Kishor Sharma vs Managing Director R S R T C Anr on 11 May, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B.
