Heard      Shri    Jitendra        Kumar     Pandey,<\/p>\n<p>                    learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    learned     counsel        appearing      on     behalf       of<\/p>\n<p>                    respondents\/Tilka              Manjhi                Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>                    University.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The     petitioner,       who      retired         with<\/p>\n<p>                    effect form 31st July,2008 as Senior Lecturer<\/p>\n<p>                    from   K.K.M.     College,      Jamui,         Tilka    Manjhi<\/p>\n<p>                    Bhagalpur    University,       Bhagalpur,        has    prayed<\/p>\n<p>                    for following reliefs :\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                              (a)   To    direct    the    authority        to<\/p>\n<p>                                    provide      pay    protection         and<\/p>\n<p>                                    to    remove       anomaly      in     pay<\/p>\n<p>                                    fixation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                              (b)   Arrear of salary difference<\/p>\n<p>                                    to    be     paid     with     interest<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              w.e.f. 1982 to the date of<\/p>\n<p>              retirement.\n<\/p>\n<p>        (c)   Installment                of         D.D.A.<\/p>\n<p>              (Deferred D.A.) w.e.f. April<\/p>\n<p>              1981 to December,1989 which<\/p>\n<p>              were held up to be paid with<\/p>\n<p>              interest.\n<\/p>\n<p>        (d)   Payment of D.A. in P.F. and<\/p>\n<p>              36      months       undeposited           P.F.<\/p>\n<p>              to be paid as per Govt. Rule<\/p>\n<p>              applicable           to    G.P.F.      (with<\/p>\n<p>              interest).\n<\/p>\n<pre>        (e)   Earned             Leave         to          be\n\n              calculated            as     per       Bihar\n\n              Govt.         Rule         and     payment\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>              should be made accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>        (f)   Arrear        of      pension         to    be<\/p>\n<p>              paid.\n<\/p>\n<p>        (g)   Leave encashment.\n<\/p>\n<p>        (h)   Earn Leave (Roaster Duty 122<\/p>\n<p>              days).\n<\/p>\n<p>        With the consent of the parties, the<\/p>\n<p>writ   petition       is   being        disposed         of     with<\/p>\n<p>liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed<\/p>\n<p>representation        before     the      respondent            no.4<\/p>\n<p>i.e.   Registrar,          Tilka        Manjhi      Bhagalkpur<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        University, Bhagalpur within a period of six<\/p>\n<p>        weeks from today. If such representation is<\/p>\n<p>        filed,   the    respondent              no.4     is    directed         to<\/p>\n<p>        examine the same and pass necessary order for<\/p>\n<p>        redressal      of       all    the        grievances             of     the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner     within a period of three months<\/p>\n<p>        form     the        date           of      filing           of        such<\/p>\n<p>        representation.
