The\u00a0Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0his\u00a0RTI\u00adapplication\u00a0dated\u00a019.01.2011\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0PIO,\u00a0East\u00a0Central\u00a0Railway,\u00a0Hajipur\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       seeking\u00a0certain\u00a0information\u00a0(such\u00a0as\u00a0detail\u00a0of\u00a0PF\u00a0Account,\u00a0monthly\u00a0deduction\u00a0from\u00a0salary,\u00a0details\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       additional\u00a0deduction\u00a0etc.)\u00a0with\u00a0respect\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0\u00a0Provident\u00a0Fund\u00a0Account,\u00a0opened\u00a0under\u00a0NPS.\u00a0The\u00a0PIO,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       on \u00a0 24.02.2011, \u00a0 gave \u00a0 point\u00adwise \u00a0 information \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 Applicant. \u00a0 \u00a0 The \u00a0 Applicant, \u00a0 however, \u00a0 being\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       dissatisfied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0PIO&#8217;s\u00a0reply,\u00a0filed\u00a0his\u00a01st\u00adappeal\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0(AA)\u00a0on\u00a029.03.2011\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       which\u00a0apparently\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0decided\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0AA.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0then\u00a0filed\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0appeal\u00a0before\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       Commission\u00a0on\u00a023.06.2011\u00a0expressing\u00a0his\u00a0dissatisfaction\u00a0towards\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0supplied\u00a0to\u00a0him.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>2.     During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0informed\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority,\u00a0vide\u00a0his\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       communication \u00a0 dated \u00a0 23.06.2011, \u00a0 has \u00a0 provided \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 the \u00a0 additional\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       information\/clarification\u00a0(dated\u00a014.06.2011)\u00a0corresponding\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0RTI\u00adapplication.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     It\u00a0is\u00a0noted\u00a0that\u00a0after\u00a0the\u00a0above\u00a0response\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0AA,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0filed\u00a0any\u00a0complaint\u00a0before\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       the \u00a0 Commission \u00a0 about \u00a0 the \u00a0 quality \u00a0 of \u00a0 information \u00a0 he \u00a0 has \u00a0 received \u00a0 from \u00a0 the \u00a0 AA. \u00a0 It \u00a0 is, \u00a0 therefore,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       assumed\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0has\u00a0now\u00a0received\u00a0the\u00a0complete\u00a0information\u00a0corresponding\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0RTI\u00ad<\/p>\n<p>       application.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
