The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.30.12.08 with the PIO, NWR, Ajmer<br \/>\n       requesting for information against 6 points including PF amount and its details,<br \/>\n       payment details of CTD of JC Bank, report of Punchnama, Action taken by<br \/>\n       Administration on I.G. letter dt.27.3.07 etc. The PIO replied on 14.1.09 requesting the<br \/>\n       Applicant to deposit Rs.10\/- .The PIO furnished the desired information on 6.2.09 after<br \/>\n       the Applicant deposited the amount on 5.2.09. Not satisfied with the reply, the<br \/>\n       Applicant filed an appeal dt.27.5.09 with the Appellate Authority. The Appellate<br \/>\n       Authority replied on 24.6.09 providing further clarification. Still not satisfied, the<br \/>\n       Applicant filed a second appeal dt.nil before CIC.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing<br \/>\n       for January 15, 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     Shri S.M.Johry, Sr.DPO and Shri P.S.Chouhan, Sr.PO represented the Public Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     The Appellant was not present during the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>5.     The Commission noted that the Appellant is seeking the decision on the charge sheet<br \/>\n       that was issued to her husband and on review of the information provided, also noted<br \/>\n       that the speaking order dt.6.4.87 in response to the Appellant&#8217;s spouse&#8217;s defense has<br \/>\n       already been provided by the Respondents vide letter dt.12.1.10. However, the<br \/>\n       Commission directs the PIO to provide the information for a second time although the<br \/>\n       order was included once before in response to the first appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.
