No.10471 of 2010\n                                     &amp;\n                   W.P.(C)No. 10445 of 2010\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n         Dated this the 9th day of September, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:<\/p>\n<p>     &#8220;i)  to issue a writ of certiorari quashing Ext.P2 as unjust,<br \/>\n          illegal and unsustainable;\n<\/p>\n<p>     ii0  to declare that the petitioner is entitled to be promoted<br \/>\n          as Headmaster of Devaseva U.P. School, Kannadiparamba<br \/>\n          with effect from 31.03.2010;\n<\/p>\n<p>     iii) to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 6th respondent<br \/>\n          to promote the petitioner as Headmaster of Devaseva<br \/>\n          U.P. School, Kannadiparamba and to direct the AEO to<br \/>\n          approve the said promotion;\n<\/p>\n<p>     iv)  to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 6th respondent<br \/>\n          to implement the direction contained in Ext.P8;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>     By the above I.A., the petitioner confines his relief for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 5th respondent to take a decision on<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P12 &amp; P13 as expeditiously as possible.<\/p>\n<p>     I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. In<\/p>\n<p>the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 5th respondent to take a<\/p>\n<p>decision on Exts.P12 &amp; P13 as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>I.A. No.10471 of 2010<br \/>\n        &amp;<br \/>\nW.P.(C)No. 10445 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>any rate within a period of two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this      judgment, after affording an<\/p>\n<p>opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the<\/p>\n<p>respondents 6 &amp; 7. If for disposal of Exts.P2 &amp; P3 any<\/p>\n<p>directions are necessary from the 4th respondent, the<\/p>\n<p>5th respondent shall get the same from the D.E.O. within one<\/p>\n<p>month and the D.E.O shall issue necessary directions in this<\/p>\n<p>regard as requested for in Ext.P5 within the said time. The<\/p>\n<p>I.A. also stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             S.
