The convict<br \/>\nhas enjoyed one furlough in the month of August-September 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP made available for perusal statement of the convict recorded on<br \/>\n27.04.2011.  Learned APP also made available for perusal statement of<br \/>\nBhanjibhai Manjibhai-father of the convict, also statement of<br \/>\nGangaben Bhanjibhai-mother of the convict.  On perusal of the same,<br \/>\nthe Court is of the opinion that the presence of the convict is<br \/>\nrequired by them so as to see that the convict is able to make<br \/>\narrangement for financial assistance to the family.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.
