Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :14\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.28416 OF 2010(B)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 14th day of September, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     According to the petitioner in respect of the property having<\/p>\n<p>an extent of 25 cents situated in Sy. No.226\/2 of Pullur Village in<\/p>\n<p>Mukundapuram Taluk, proceedings under the Land Conservancy<\/p>\n<p>Act have been initiated and an order adverse to the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>been passed. Aggrieved by the above, petitioner has filed Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation which is pending before the 4th respondent. In this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition although the petitioner has raised contentions on the<\/p>\n<p>merits of the whole proceedings, having regard to the pendency<\/p>\n<p>of Ext.P5 representation all that is required is to direct the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5.<\/p>\n<p>This shall be done by the 4th respondent               as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible and at any rate within 8 weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of the judgment.
