Jothi, Member, Rajya Sabha and do communicate to this House the name of the member so elected by Rajya Sabha to the Joint Committee.\u201d   <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20SPEAKER%3A%C2%A0The%20question%20is\">MR.
