It appears that the learned advocate is not interested in<br \/>\nproceeding with the matter.  However, it transpires from the record<br \/>\nthat respondent No.2 &#8211; orig.accused has been released on bail<br \/>\nby the Sessions Court, Dahod as per the order dated 19.1.2010 taking<br \/>\nthe reason that she is a female and also the role attributed is<br \/>\nconcerned. Reference is also made to Section 437 of Cr.PC stating<br \/>\nthat the charge sheet has now been framed.  It is this order which<br \/>\nhas been challenged in this application.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIt<br \/>\nis well accepted that the parameters for cancellation of bail are<br \/>\nmore stringent than for grant of bail.  Before such discretion can be<br \/>\nexercised, the Court has to be cautious and has to verify  whether<br \/>\nthe trial Court, while granting bail, has considered irrelevant<br \/>\nmaterial or aspect and has to consider whether the same is overlooked<br \/>\nor not.  In the facts and circumstances of the case, it cannot be<br \/>\nsaid that such irrelevant aspects have  been considered by the trial<br \/>\nCourt.  Therefore, without any further elaboration, considering the<br \/>\nwell accepted criteria for cancellation  of bail, this Court is not<br \/>\ninclined to interfere with the impugned order and the present<br \/>\napplication deserves to be rejected and accordingly it stands<br \/>\nrejected.
