GAJENDRA CHOUDHARY, THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, WATER WAYS\n                         DIVISION, SHEKHPURA\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4\/   20\/04\/2011             Learned counsel for the opposite parties<\/p>\n<p>                  submits that he has no instructions with regard to the<\/p>\n<p>                  show cause.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                  that this Court had noticed that the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                  working on daily wages on the post of Jeep driver for<\/p>\n<p>                  over ten years. The Court did not believe the contention<\/p>\n<p>                  of the opposite parties that there was no sanctioned<\/p>\n<p>                  post of a Jeep driver for such long years and how a<\/p>\n<p>                  vehicle came to be purchased by the opposite parties<\/p>\n<p>                  without a sanctioned post of a Jeep driver.<\/p>\n<p>                            The order-sheet of the case reflects a sorry<\/p>\n<p>                  state of affairs.
