JUSTICE JASBIR SINGH\n\n\nPRESENT: Mr. S.K.Yadav,\n         Advocate, for the petitioners.\n\n\nJASBIR SINGH, J. (oral)\n\nORDER:\n<\/pre>\n<p>            State of Haryana issued a policy         on February 1, 2008,<\/p>\n<p>envisaging allotment of plots measuring 100 Sq. yards, to the members of<\/p>\n<p>the poor section of the Society.\n<\/p>\n<p>             In that scheme, Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district<\/p>\n<p>was appointed as a Nodal Officer to ensure proper implementation of the<\/p>\n<p>scheme.\n<\/p>\n<p>             In this writ petition, it has been prayed that under the scheme,<\/p>\n<p>plots are being allotted to those, who are not eligible, whereas claim of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, though genuine, has wrongly been ignored.         Prayer is for<\/p>\n<p>conducting re-survey in the village and include name of the petitioners in<\/p>\n<p>the category of persons, who are living below poverty line.<\/p>\n<p>            During arguments, it transpires that by stating their grievance,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 13119 OF 2009                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners have already sent a representation on July 28, 2008, to the<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Commissioner, district Gurgaon, which is still pending.<\/p>\n<p>             In view of facts of this case, this writ petition is disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>issuing direction to respondent No. 4 to take note and decide application of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners. If there is a substance, requisite relief be granted to them as<\/p>\n<p>per norms.
