1\tRule.\n<\/p>\n
Service of Rule is waived by the learned APP.\n<\/p>\n
2\tThe
\nlearned advocate for applicant submits that earlier the application
\nfor grant of parole was rejected by the Authority on the ground of
\nelection notification and, upon an order of remand passed by this
\nCourt to reconsider the request, the application came to be rejected
\nagain on the ground of negative police opinion. However, according to
\nthe learned advocate for the applicant,  the jail record of the
\napplicant is unblemish and in the past the applicant surrendered to
\nthe jail in time as and when he was granted temporarily bail, parole
\nleave and furlough leave. There is no other person in the family to
\ntake care of the agricultural operation, renewal of loan and availing
\nof the loan from the Cooperative Society. Hence, the applicant may be
\ngranted parole leave as prayed for.\n<\/p>\n
3\tConsidering
\nthe jail record and the ground for which the applicant needs parole
\nleave, this application is granted and the applicant is enlarged on
\nparole leave for a period of ten days on furnishing personal bond of
\nRs.2000\/- before the jail authority and on usual terms and
\nconditions. Rule
\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent. D.S. Permitted.\n<\/p>\n
