The petitioner has also prayed for prohibitory<br \/>\norder against City Deputy Collector or any other officer to work as<br \/>\nCollector for attending the said meeting.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\npetition though affirmed on 12.10.2011, is filed on 17.10.2011.  In<br \/>\nour view, the period for the meeting in question is over.  In that<br \/>\nview of the matter, the present petition has become infructuous.<br \/>\nHence, the present petition stands dismissed as having become<br \/>\ninfructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t[V.
