No.45213 of 2010\n                                     GOPAL SINGH\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3    26.4.2011             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                           The    submission       of    learned       counsel   for<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner is that maximum liability which<\/p>\n<p>                 can be fixed against this petitioner is about<\/p>\n<p>                 his     having    conspiracy       with    the    unknown       co-<\/p>\n<p>                 accused to snatch informant&#8217;s bag with cash in<\/p>\n<p>                 which he also did not succeed rather was handed<\/p>\n<p>                 over to the Police with his arms and petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 remained in custody since 18.4.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                            Thus, having regard to the facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances of the case, let the above named<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner       be    released    on   bail     on    furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                 two   sureties        of   the   like   amount    each    to    the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction          of    Additional       Chief       Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Barh in Hathidah P.S.
