Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.6.2007 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under section 302\/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                              Allegedly, five persons including the petitioner shot fire on<\/p>\n<p>                    the deceased but the post mortem report reveals that the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                    received only three injuries on his person and out of the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                    injuries, injury nos.1 and 2 are communicating to each other and<\/p>\n<p>                    injury no.1 is wound of entry whereas injury no.2 is wound of exit.<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    Sanjay Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                    10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Surajgarha P.S.
