Misc. No. 12671 of 2011 with liberty to him to renew<\/p>\n<p>                     his prayer for bail after completion of seven months in jail<\/p>\n<p>                     custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It would appear from the record that the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is in jail custody since 12.01.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                     registered under Sections-461, 379 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                     Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts<\/p>\n<p>                     and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner, namely, Madan Kumar Barik be released on<\/p>\n<p>                     bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                     with two sureties of the like amount each in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Katihar Town P.S.
