Give the details of dates and amount             -As above-\n<\/p>\n<p>       deposited by agencies and expenditure<br \/>\n       in different wards.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appellate Authority ordered.\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA ordered information on points 4,5, &amp; 6 should be given.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr.Harpal Singh Rana<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. Ranvir Singh, PIO<br \/>\nThe nature of information sought by the appellant should have been provided suo moto by the<br \/>\npublic authority. It is apparent that this is not been done and MCD is not fulfilling its basic duties<br \/>\nunder Section 4 of the RTI Act.
