No.37110 of 2008\n               ---------------------------------\n            Dated, this the 17th day of December, 2008\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Complaint of the petitioner is that though he is now working<\/p>\n<p>under the 4th respondent, since his service book has not been<\/p>\n<p>forwarded by the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent, he is not in<\/p>\n<p>a position to draw his salary and other allowances. Complaining of<\/p>\n<p>this, the petitioner states that he has filed Ext.P9 representation<\/p>\n<p>before the 2nd respondent and that even that remains unattended.<\/p>\n<p>It is with that grievance, the writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     If as stated by the petitioner, his service book has not<\/p>\n<p>been forwarded, it is certainly a matter for the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>examine. Now that the petitioner has filed Ext.P9 representation, I<\/p>\n<p>direct the 2nd respondent to enquire into the complaint made and<\/p>\n<p>pass remedial order.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
