Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In a criminal prosecution for offences under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     307, 379 and some other allied offences of the Indian Penal in which<\/p>\n<p>                     subsequently offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                     was also added, petitioner and 13 others are named in the F.I.R. as<\/p>\n<p>                     accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     that there is no specific allegation of any specific overt act against<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner, save and except he was a member of the mob.<\/p>\n<p>                     Allegation of assault by Farsa is against co-accused Vijay Ram and<\/p>\n<p>                     Uma Kant Ram, as a result of which one Lalan Sah and Rata Yadav<\/p>\n<p>                     sustained injury on their heads. Subsequently, Rata Yadav died. It<\/p>\n<p>                     is further submitted that co-accused Paltan Ram, Nathu Ram,<\/p>\n<p>                     Chandrika Paswan and San Kumar Paswan, with almost similar and<\/p>\n<p>                     identical allegation with that of the petitioner have been granted bail<\/p>\n<p>                     by a Bench of this Court by order dated 13. 05. 2010, passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                     Misc. No. 15635 of 2010. The petitioner is in judicial custody since<\/p>\n<p>                     11. 04. 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in<\/p>\n<p>       connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2010, on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>       bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>       like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>       Bettiah, District-West Champaran.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>m.p.
