On 26\/8\/2010, this Court has passed the order (Coram: Ravi<br \/>\n\tR. Tripathi, J), directing the Tribunal to deposit the  amount<br \/>\n\tinitially for a period of 3 (three) months, and further orders were<br \/>\n\tto be passed after hearing the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>Today,<br \/>\n\tthis Court heard learned advocate for the parties. Looking to the<br \/>\n\tcontroversy involved in the matter and the stand taken by the<br \/>\n\tinsurance company, the entire amount is required to be deposited in<br \/>\n\ta nationalized bank, initially for a period of five (5) years. In<br \/>\n\tcase the appeal is not disposed of by the date of maturity, then the<br \/>\n\tamount be reinvested for an appropriate period or till the final<br \/>\n\tdisposal of the appeal.  The amount be deposited in the name of<br \/>\n\tNazir of the concerned Court \/ Tribunal along with the claimants.<br \/>\n\tThe interest accrued there from be paid to the claimants<br \/>\n\tperiodically. Claimants are at liberty to approach the Tribunal for<br \/>\n\tapportionment of their interest share, which shall be decided by the<br \/>\n\tTribunal in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of above, the impugned award shall remain stayed till final<br \/>\n\tdisposal of the appeal, subject to the directions herein above.<br \/>\n\tCivil application stands disposed of.
